Rachel “Rah” Haugabook, MS, LPC-Associate (They/She)
Rah’s work is founded in a deep devotion to helping people return to themselves. Supporting clients in strengthening self-awareness, self-trust, and self-devotion, Rah guides individuals toward a relationship with themselves that feels grounded, compassionate, and whole. Much of their practice centers on reparenting—tending to the parts of our inner community that never felt fully seen, safe, or supported—and creating space for new internal patterns to take root.
They integrate both parts work and somatic awareness practices to help clients move beyond insight alone and into embodied healing. Rah believes that while our stories matter, meaningful change often requires listening to the wisdom of the body and allowing emotions to be felt, not just understood.
Their therapeutic approach is warm, intuitive, and deeply person-centered, shaped by 11+ years of experience in the social-emotional learning field and grounded in person-centered theory. Rah creates a space where you can slow down, breathe, reconnect with your inner world, and begin honoring yourself in ways that feel nurturing and sustainable.

Additionally, she assists clients in identifying their “stuck points”, steps to overcoming them, and guidance in creating safety in an often-unpredictable world.
Trishawna's therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that while life may not slow down for personal growth, embracing the journey of healing and transformation is essential. With her compassionate demeanor, she helps clients navigate their challenges with courage and resilience.
